The Salon and Spa Institute launches to provide industry training

Salon and spa industry leaders have unveiled The Salon and Spa Institute, an organization designed to provide industry-specific education and high-impact training.

The Salon and Spa Institute features a variety of coaching programs, live events, and products to educate industry owners and practitioners and identify methods to increase sales and reduce costs while using systems to predict future success. One featured offering is the “Little Voice Mentoring Program,” a six-week mentoring program designed to identify and maximize areas of professional commitment.

The Salon and Spa Institute team customizes each coaching or training program based upon the specific needs of the client. Through this, The Salon and Spa Institute team assists clients in the identification of goals while developing individualized action plans designed to enhance relationships with team members and clients, while maximizing business potential.

“We have a proven track record of helping clients identify and achieve professional goals. It’s an amazing transformation to facilitate, and we’re excited to launch this organization with a focus on education, training, and coaching. We have found that salon and spa owners and their teams become more productive and ultimately more profitable with these services,” explained Rolandson.

Valda Sarty, owner of Sarty Mountain, Inc., the parent company of two Wenatchee, Washington salons and spas, has joined with business consultant Kimberly Rolandson to develop the Salon and Spa Institute.
