Boltinghouse Named VP of Operations for Sport Clips

Connie Boltinghouse has been named Vice President of Operations for Sport Clips, the nation’s leading franchise dedicated to men’s and boys’ haircuts.  Boltinghouse has focused 25 years of her career on franchising, with the last 18 in the cosmetology industry.

“Connie brings a great deal of knowledge and insight to our strong and growing management team,” says Sport Clips founder and CEO Gordon Logan.  “We are very fortunate to have her join us to lead our Operations Support Team.  As we continue to open Sport Clips stores each week across the country, Connie will enable us to accelerate our growth while continuing to increase our same store sales.  It’s not often a ‘game changer’ comes along, and we believe that Connie will help us take Sport Clips to the next level.”

Boltinghouse served as Vice President of Franchise Product Sales and more recently Vice President of Franchise Services for a Fortune 1000 company, opening businesses throughout the US and Europe.  She has been a consultant and convention speaker for both corporations and church leaders in the areas of leadership, change and transition, mergers, conflict management and resolution, high growth opportunity, needs assessment and communication.  Boltinghouse is certified by both Franklin Covey and Marcum Smith, has a B.A. in Christian Education and Bible, and is in the process of completing her M.A. in Organizational Leadership.  She is the recipient of Franklin Covey’s Organizational Excellence Award, and is the 12th recipient of the Regis Corporation’s prestigious PathFinder Award.  Boltinghouse’s undergraduate degree is from South Eastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

An International Leadership Development speaker and trainer, Boltinghouse is also an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God.  She has developed a business plan, P&Ls and leadership training materials including managing employees and hands-on technical training to produce products for International Multi-Foods; been an author/trainer of business development strategies and interpersonal skills for The Barbers, franchisor of the Cost Cutters and City Looks concepts; and served Hennepin Community College as an instructor in “Starting Your Small Business.”
