Victoria's Academy of Cosmetology becomes CLIC Certified

VICTORIA’S ACADEMY OF COSMETOLOGY, INC. in Kennewick, Washington has become a CLIC INTERNATIONAL, “Certified Learning in Cosmetology”, MARQUIS school.  On May 23rd RANDY RICK, a national competitor and trainer for the USA team, as well as the author of the CLIC textbook and supplemental materials, spent three days at VICTORIA’S training the staff to become a CLIC INTERNATIONAL MARQUIS school.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone thinking of becoming a professional Cosmetologist in the Tri Cities area. 

VICTORIA’S has also become an NCEA, “National Coalition of Esthetics Association”, certified training facility.  Their Esthetics program has changed from 650 hours to 1250 hours.  Washington State Department of Licensing has approved the 1250 program and all Esthetics students can become LICENSED IN WASHINGTON STATE as well as be tested to become INTERNATIONALLY CERTIFIED by NCEA upon completion of their program.  This program includes training in all aspects of Esthetics, microdermabrasion, LEP light, medical terminology with some onsite training in a medical facility.  VICTORIA’S is the first school in the United States to have this program accredited by NACCAS and by the Department of Education to offer Title IV funding, to those who qualify.  Three of their instructors are NCEA certified.

In July, 2009 VICTORIA’S moved to a beautiful new 11,000+ sq ft facility.  The school is state of the art with award winning instructors on staff.  Three of the instructors are Washington State Hair Fashion members; two are National Cosmetology Association Hair America members, nationally certified Cosmetologists and competition judges.    If you are considering becoming a Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Manicurist, Barber or Instructor, VICTORIA’S ACADEMY is TRAINING STUDENTS TO BECOME THEIR VERY BEST!
