Dedicated to the art of wellness and beauty, Premiere Salon and Spa not only talks the talk, they walk the walk. Located in the heart of downtown Olympia they proclaim, "we are passionate about giving back to the community that has given us so much." The salon is involved in a variety of projects and fundraisers throughout the year, but currently they are most excited about Earthmonth 2013.

Every year, throughout the spring months, Premiere Salon and Spa raises awareness and monetary support for clean water. A variety of fundraising techniques is utilized including product sales, client donation and service give-a-ways. Designers are Kelly Harris, Chelsea Barwee, Christopher Archiopoli, Jori Griggs, Karly Bley, Lindsey Nordee and Monique Eville. Nail tech is Melissa Glover. Salon coordinators are Jeanine Kuehn, Tina Mansfield, Fraiogh Howard and the massage therapist is Danna Wanmer. They all work as a team on the charitable project.

Puget SoundKeeper Alliance is committed to the protection and preservation of the waters of Puget Sound by monitoring, cleaning up and preventing pollutants from entering its waters. All fundraising products sold in the salon have 100 percent of the profits going to support the Global Greengrant Fund water-related projects, with specific focus on the local non-profit Puget SoundKeeper Alliance. Premiere also offers a free add-on conditioning treatment to all their clients who donate $10 in aid of EarthMonth. They have also posted pictures and have links to the companies and non-profit that they're working with for the Earthmonth 2013 campaign.

The products Premiere is using for fundraising, along with a complete description, may be found on their blog http://www.premieresalonandspa.com/aveda-earth-month-2013/.
